Congratulations to Grand Rapids Center for Community Transformation (GRCCT) for their new event space: The 1530. A renovated 120+ year old building located at 1530 Madison Ave. in Grand Rapids, the various available spaces feature combinations of original hardwood floors, exposed brick, and wood beams.

Hats off to Senior Architect, Don Cok for a job well done in steering the AMDG team on the design, and for leading the team through many technical challenges that come with renovating an old building. A special thank you to our builder partner, Nathan Willink, for his great work as well!

Located at 1530 Madison, GRCCT’s The 1530 offers several different spaces perfect for large or small events from corporate meetings and weddings to graduations, birthdays, and more. Amenities offered include on site parking, ADA accessibility, AV system, and custom layout chairs/tables, to name a few. Descriptions of the spaces and booking information can be found on The 1530’s website.
