Baudville Brands hired AMDG as their design partner to revitalize their headquarters. The resulting transformation produced a series of spaces that reflect Baudville’s mission of celebrating and inspiring workplace culture. This extensive remodel reimagined Baudville’s office into a vibrant, multi-functional environment that seamlessly integrates a warehouse, call center, light manufacturing, and dynamic office workspaces.
At the heart of the redesign is a focus on collaboration and connection. The stunning open-plan café, known as “Club Baudville,” serves as a hub for employees, with a stage that supports company-wide gatherings and presentations. The two-story space allows employees on both levels to participate in meetings, fostering connection. The surrounding breakout spaces, playful lounge areas, and game zones offer opportunities for both focused work time and team bonding. These design elements are complemented by natural wood accents, greenery, and splashes of Baudville’s signature blue, lending energy and cohesiveness to the environment.
The remodeled reception area welcomes visitors with vibrant graphics and mid-century-inspired furniture, setting a tone of creativity and innovation. Throughout the headquarters, AMDG
introduced modular workstations, private meeting pods, and glass-enclosed conference rooms that balance privacy and team collaboration. The colorful, geometric carpet patterns lining the hallways guide movement and energize the workspace. Advanced technology and ergonomic solutions ensure that employees remain productive and comfortable, while acoustically sensitive materials manage sound levels in the open-concept areas.
Keeping Baudville operational during construction required strategic phasing and close collaboration with EV Construction. Through master planning and ongoing communication, AMDG and EV ensured the team’s needs were met while mitigating disruption. This dynamic process demonstrated how design and construction can serve a thriving, fast-paced organization.
