Jessica is a future-focused strategist and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding businesses and non-profits through start-up, growth, and transformation. Whether as a consultant, employee, or board member, she has been blessed to impact local, national, and global work that empowers people, grows community, and accelerates value.

Jessica is grateful for the opportunity to lead AMDG and its talented team by prioritizing people development, smart systems thinking, sound business strategy, and an intentional approach to technology.

She also earned Graduate Certificates in Human Resources Management and Project Management from the University of Minnesota.
