Brent loves design and is passionate about collaboration to deliver architecturally durable, functional, and delightful solutions responsive to client values and priorities. He derives satisfaction from solid work and creative delight, particularly when creative work is directed as an act of service and resonates with the creative attributes of his Creator. He believes that good architecture is an endeavor of the human spirit and can promote human flourishing. Brent is honored to serve on the board at Benjamin’s Hope, a live-work-play-worship community for disabled persons in Holland, Michigan.
Brent has over 25 years of architectural design experience. He received his Master of Architecture from Rice University in Texas and his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Michigan. He also attended Calvin College.
