We are thrilled to have taken part in the 2024 Council on Educational Standards and Accountability (CESA) Symposium in Denver, CO!

AMDG Architects engaged with educators from independent schools nationwide, fostering relationships and sharing valuable insights.

Our President, Peter Baldwin, had the honor of presenting alongside Steve Bult, Head of School at Wheaton Academy, and Matt Davidson, Superintendent at Timothy Christian Schools. Their session, “Differentiating the Forest from the Trees in Master Planning,” highlighted key leadership involvement essential throughout the master planning process.

Events like this allow us to connect and strengthen relationships, share knowledge, and contribute to shaping environments that enrich learning experiences and advance mission. We look forward to continuing our journey with CESA and can’t wait for next year!

About the 2024 Council on Educational Standards & Accountability (CESA) Symposium

Altitude is important at every level of schools, from the board to the leadership team to the teachers, coaches, advisors, and caretakers. In our organizations, we need to all be able to operate at a high level – getting above things; at a mid-range level – keeping initiatives moving; and at a details level – figuring specific things out. Altitude is more than just seeing the big picture.

At the 2024 CESA Symposium, we considered how and when we need to change altitude to ensure our leadership strategy is meeting the current and future needs of our schools.
