What You’ll Do:
- Lead and guide the interior design process on projects through multiple phases: programming, SD, CD and CA
- Develop client-centered design concepts through technical documentation with specific focus on finishes, detailing, millwork, lighting and all other areas that comprise the interior environment
- Create excellent graphics and presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts using SketchUp, Revit, and/or InDesign
- Present ideas, resolve issues, and communicate project status to clients
- Interface with consultants and vendors, source and provide quality material options
- Develop furniture layouts, budgets, and documents for bid
- Documentation of interior finishes, millwork, and interior architecture using Revit
- Conduct site visits for field measurements, review construction progress and installation of materials
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal and external project requirements including time, budget, quality, and scope
- Mentor interior designers and architects on the intricacies of interior design

What You Bring:
- 8-10 years in interior design (high-end residential, K-12/higher ed, workplace preferred)
- Bachelor’s or master’s in interior design
- NCIDQ certification
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Passion for detail, documentation, and client service
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration
- Motivation to achieve continuous learning, mentoring, and growth
