What You’ll Do:
- Lead and guide the architectural design process through multiple phases: Master Planning, SD through CA
- Create excellent graphics and presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts
- Lead client meetings
- Translate goals into client-centered design concepts and detailed construction documents
- Implement concepts with design and technical coherence
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in architecture design (high-end residential, K-12/higher ed, workplace preferred)
- Bachelor’s or master’s in architecture
- Architectural license preferred
- Experience in Revit; proficient in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Passion for detail, documentation, and client service
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration
- Motivation to achieve continuous learning, mentoring, and growth
