Gratitude + Growth

continuing to serve with purpose, stewardship, and care

The past year brought strategic change and meaningful growth, and the new year continues that trajectory for AMDG. We believe healthy organizations evolve with intentionality – honoring the leadership and relationships that have shaped our work and thoughtfully preparing for what lies ahead. With that in mind, we are pleased to share several updates that reflect both continuity and growth within our team.

An Evolution to our Design Team Structure

AMDG is re-embracing a studio-based model that will allow us to deliver an even higher level of service and excellence to our clients while also deepening our team, culture, and collaboration. This framework will increase continuity while preserving the flexibility to thoughtfully tailor teams around each project’s unique needs. We are deeply grateful to Brent Dykstra and Todd Palmer for their continued leadership and commitment to our new structure as Residential and Commercial Studio Leaders.

Honoring Gina Paul’s Leadership and Legacy

After more than 30 years of service in the design industry, Senior Architect and Commercial Studio Leader, Gina Paul, will retire in March. We are deeply grateful for her seven-year tenure at our firm and for the wisdom, care, and creativity she has shared with our team. Gina has made AMDG a better place and has been a great champion and mentor of our team members. She has also applied her immense talents to many of our projects, leaving a legacy of excellent design work shaped by a client and mission-centric focus. While she will be missed, we celebrate her lasting contributions and wish her well as she enters this next chapter, filled with travel and time with family and friends.

Strengthening our Ability to Serve our Clients

We are excited to continue our growth and maturation as a studio within the family of the Stonewall Group in 2026. Behind the scenes, we continue to grow through their strategic support and enrichment. Being a member of this platform of elite regional design firms located throughout the country brings added resources and expertise that positions us to serve our clients even more effectively and amplify our work across every project.

As AMDG drives improvements in this new year, we do so with heartfelt appreciation for the relationships that have guided our journey, with trust in a leadership team prepared to steward our mission forward, and a keen focus on using our gifts and talents to serve others.

With deep gratitude,

Peter H. Baldwin, AIA, NCARB
