Congratulations to Gina Paul on her Retirement

Gina Paul celebrates her retirement from AMDG Architects as of March 19, 2026.

Over the past seven years at AMDG, Gina has served our clients, our partners, and our team with extraordinary heart. She has shared her gifts and talents in ways that have left a lasting imprint on the people around her. With more than 40 years in the design industry, Gina not only brought deep expertise to her work, but also great talent in designing for people.

For Gina, design has always come from a user centric perspective. Her thoughtful approach to interiors helped shape environments that are welcoming, purposeful, and inspire the human spirit. She has helped grow and strengthen AMDG’s interior architecture and interior design practice, and even more importantly, she has embedded her passion for people into our work.

Gina has a natural way of motivating others, sharing her experience generously, and helping teammates grow in both confidence and craft. Her mentorship and wisdom have been freely given, her perspective steady and thoughtful, and her presence a source of encouragement for many of us along the way.

Those who have worked with Gina know that her joyful, compassionate, and caring nature is as much a part of her enduring impact as the projects she helped bring to life. Clients trust her, colleagues value her, and friends appreciate the warmth and sincerity she brings to every relationship.

In many ways, Gina has embodied AMDG’s mission of using our gifts and talents in the service of others—not only through design excellence, but through her collaborative, client-centered approach.

While we will certainly miss Gina at AMDG, we are incredibly grateful for the years she has shared with us and the legacy she leaves to us all. As she steps into this next chapter, we pray God’s blessing on Gina, Kevin and her family.

Please join us in thanking Gina and celebrating the impact she has had on so many.

On behalf of the entire AMDG team, thank you, Gina.

With deep gratitude,
